How the four series are positioned
The 65 series is the general-purpose casement family; 72 broadens the sash, door and mullion range; 82 is the fire-window platform; 90 is the deep, high-insulation platform. A higher number indicates a deeper profile, not automatically a better window.
Glazing range
65: 22 / 24 / 28 / 33 / 38 mm. 72: 24 / 39 mm. 82: 36–51 mm. 90: 43 / 48 / 56 / 60 mm. Choose the series whose documented glazing range contains your glass build-up, then match gasket and packer thickness.
Chambers, seals and walls
The 65 series is documented as five chambers with three seals and visible walls of at least 2.5 mm. The 82 series is seven chambers with three seals and visible walls of at least 2.8 mm. All series use steel liners in frame, sash and mullion.
The fire-window platform
The 82 series adds a three-chamber intumescent cavity in the sash, three interlocking strip grooves, steel glass clips and an SS304 fire strip at the opening joint. A fire rating belongs to a tested assembly that uses matching intumescent materials, glass and hardware — request the report for your configuration.
Colours and finishes
All series share four colour routes: standard white or bright white, co-extruded colour (ASA + PVC with wood-grain or brushed-metal surface), homogeneous full colour and laminated film. Confirm minimum quantities and lead times for coloured profiles.
